Do not buy from them I placed an order for items showing available on their site then after a week I was contacted by them telling me that what I ordered was not available and if I wanted something else instead but I was only interested on what I ordered so I asked for a refund Now a month has passed still I got no refund and they are ignoring my emails

will order again without any hesitation

It took like a week longer for my order to arrive but it did Ordered some Ccibato heat herbal sticks Coffee and melon flavour Both very good will order more again very soon Putting full 5 stars because seller shipped items straight away But I ve chosen the cheapest delivery fee and that s possibly why it took forever

Great site - great service

I found this site when looking for information on smoking food The first thing is it is UK based which is a big plus most site are USA and not that helpful It has a lot of useful information good recipes and a number of products I found it helpful and order some wood chips as a starting order The service was fasr and the delivery came within 48hrs All round very pleased Good clear site and easy to use
