Perfect Instant Boiling Hot Water
We researched lots of boiling hot water taps and we decided on Hotspot Titanium as it got a better hot water temperature and we are totally delighted with our choice and I can t imagine now being without one Amazing instant boiling hot water for my tea at the touch of a button We truly love our Hotspot Titanium and the customer services team were brilliant helpful and they are perfect too

Perfect Hotwater Tap
We have recently installed a Hotspot Titanium tap into our office The water supply in the area is very hard and often foul tasting We have used a system of filter jugs and a kettle and all of the associated limescale build-up for many years I also have a hot water tap at home and know that an alternative well known brand tends to splutter quite badly which can be dangerous The tap is PERFECT The two press system of accessing the hot water is really easy to use and there is no absolutely no spluttering The filter is great and the water is oxygenated which causes bubbles in the water for a few seconds and very quickly settles to perfectly clear water I d say that when it comes to water and tea I am very particular almost impossible to please This tap has exceeded my expectations and in terms of installing one into a business its efficient and the capacity is great for holding meetings No more waiting for the kettle to re-boil

Outstanding company and service
Outstanding company and service From the initial contact with Nick to the installation by Cam the service has been first class They have gone above and beyond to ensure I got the hot water tap that was right for my needs I was worried about whether my 86 year old mum would be able to use it as she has problems with her fingers and hands I needn t have worried as it it very simple to use I am very impressed Thank you Nick and Cam

Exellent service
When choosing a new boiling water tap it simply had to be HotSpot Titanium We went for the Adrianna with 4Litre heater so stylish easy to use and plenty of boiling water on tap Great product great customer service

Only one word I can describe the whole
Only one word I can describe the whole experience with hotspot is excellent Very happy with the hot tap very good quality and easy to install This is the only hot tap on the market which is not spit the boiling hot water on your hand while filling the hot cup of water And it come with a 5 Years warranty AMAZING 100 recommended

Excellent product and service
I have had a Hot Spot Titanium for three years now and have nothing but praise for them The product is excellent Whilst I have had a few issues in each case they have been resolved without any drama When we were sold this we were told they wanted to be the best hot tap out there From what I have seen - this is true My issues are teething problems with new products In each case they had improved the design to ensure the faults did not recur and retro-fitted the improved parts for me In these days it is novel to find a company genuinely committed to improving their products alongside excellent customer service

I did not find the literature easy
I did not find the literature easy reading and had a number of queries that did not seem to be touched on but my problems were all explained by Nathan Murphy in plain plausible English My questions were all received in good spiritresulting in my learning beyond the area of the the question so I now feel competent to discuss the installation with the family and guests

The product is fantastic and the customer service is simply incredible Best I ve ever experienced Immediate response to a chat enquiry followed by a text and phone call Then when the problem couldn t be resolved a problem we had created nothing to do with the product itself we were offered a heavily discounted replacement within 24 hrs and the engineer that fitted it went out over his way to address access issues with our property - staying 3 hours to complete a 20-30 min job Genuinely quite stunned at the levels of customer experience - and the product is brilliant - no horrible hissing that you get with other more expensive brands Cannot recommend highly enough

Excellent Hot water tap
Excellent Hot water tapI ve tried a couple of these types of taps but this is by far the hottest and best quality product As a DIY savvy person I installed the tap boiler myself and found it simple to do I have only used it for a couple of days but so far it is superb HotSpot Titanium Flex XL Stainless Steel Effect Tap
