I ve used House of Arden a few times now and have been blown away by what they do As a property developer it s easy to think that a new build or refurbished property with a shiny new kitchen or bathroom will sell itself but by staging it it really gives it the wow factor Sarah and the team are so friendly easy to work with and patient when timeframes change which they often can in this industry Sarah has even helped with advising on some of the finishing touches such as kitchen styles floorings and paint colours I would never market one of my properties again without using them Fantastic service that has turned out to be a fantastic investment every time
