I received the watch and it is beautiful

I received the watch and it is absolutely beautiful The problem is i did not get any tracking information considering i emailed them five times and get no replies There is no way to contact them at all The tracking number on on the shop app said it was not recognized If it helps anyone i put the tracking number into google and Australian post tracking It was the second website down that recognized the number and gave me a Royal Mail tracking number and i was then able to track my parcel Very bad no none existent customer service The watches cost a lot so the customer needs some assurance they are not being ripped off but there is no way of telling whats going on because they do not reply to your emails

Absolute frauds and pathetic

I wouldn t even give them 1 star Pathetic service from these people All fake marketing on the website There is no way to get in contact with them All they provide is a confirmation number and woop they re gone Just ghosted Their phone numbers don t work their contact information doesn t work no one replies to the email I have sent multiple emails and yet no reply These people are FRAUDS

Shameless fraudsters

Shameless - The company and the owners are the biggest frauds on the internet and ecommerce Should be ASHAMED of using Khalsa in their branding processing payments but not sending the items I am sure Karma will catch up and they will be held accountable for their fraud

Wouldn t even give this one star if I had the choice The man is a fraud and a liar Danny the owner had not given me a replacement for my order and is clearly lying about it Bringing a disgrace to the Khalsa name Customer service is disgusting Do not buy from this page

I ordered 2 items and they haven t delivered or refunded my money still chasing
