Very bad service the owner stood me up
Very bad service I booked a visit that the owner cancelled I contacted Customer Service because the time slot was still available to book and THEY booked another time slot on my behalf and send the confirmation sms email etc Obviously there was no one in the flat The answer Housfy told me is that they can t contact the owners for all the meeting to make sure that they are there Maybe if you give a better service you ll try to avoid this situations Very disappointed

Evidently their great idea is of a service without commissions Tenants though pay for the privilege of signing a contract These companies exist only to take advantage of a complicated housing market I can only encourage house owners not to start their relationship with their tenants by contracting a company to fleece them

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I signed a contract with them to manage my rental apartment They re not doing ANYTHING Finally i have had to ask the tenant for their number to manage everything directly with them as Housfy was not replying to ANY of our emails A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY Their support service is the worst EVER i have seen

Significant mould issues with no solution in the foreseeable future
This agency was very quick and efficient in the initial stages of taking deposit payments first month s rent having contracts signed etc but since moving to my apartment in Barcelona after a few weeks we discovered a significant issue with mould in one of the rooms which had been previously hidden by a blind The mould was clearly an old issue as the outer exterior wall had holes in it where rain water had been infiltrating for some time After reporting this issue 6 weeks ago now we are no closer to getting any work done in the foreseeable future I ve had a couple of technicians come and evaluate the damage but now we re waiting for yet another technician to further evaluate and for a professional to become available to actually do the work which as you may imagine during the summer here is probably going to take FOREVER I feel that 1 this apartment SHOULD NOT have been rented with this issue present it is a significant health hazard and what makes it worse is that I am 8 months pregnant and it doesn t look like this issue will be fixed before I give birth 2 The agency needs to seriously evaluate what the habitability of a living space should imply I spoke to one of their agents in one of the many frustrating calls I have made with them where she told me that having mould does not affect the habitability of a living place how insane is that Not to mention her rude tone speaking over me not letting me get my words out and in general not doing or saying anything to ameliorate the situation or comfort me 3 At the very least the owner should be discounting rent until the issue is fixed since I am unable to use a whole room in the apartment and am paying for square footage that I cannot use 4 Whilst Housfy isn t not doing anything they are dragging their feet massively and we are now 6 weeks into this issue without having a proper solution to this problem 5 An agency should be protecting the rights of tenants and should be advocating for their comfort to property owners I feel that I am not being protected and that they are serving the landlady rather than myself as the tenant who is now stuck in a contract with nowhere to go I am at a loss of what to do and cannot explain how frustrating it is to be in this situation
