Sales service excellence
We were wanting to exchange our 2008 Peugeot for a new car Elliot and Kieran were very helpful in offering us a car that had been used for demonstrations It met our needs very well But Kieren and Elliot were having difficulty getting the keys for the car from Peugeot UK They did all that they could to get the keys delivered to Dorchester but they were not successful for nearly 2 months They shared our frustration until the keys finally arrived They quickly prepared the car for exchange today We appreciated all their efforts and it was a job well done Thank you Jim and Marion Perriss

A mysterious to me intermittent
A mysterious to me intermittent electronic fault on my 3008 meant a trip back to Howards Peugeot in Yeovil The problem was diagnosed and a new part was fitted within two days all under the extended warranty Many many thanks to Ben and his team at Howards for the rapid and courteous service they delivered

We were looking to change our car and in August we paid a visit to their Taunton branch to view the new citroen c5 the chap who we saw was Jack who was so helpful and patient with us in fact we actually ordered the car We then collected the vehicle on 6th November 2023 and again Jack was so helpful and did all he could to help us understand the technology in the car Must admit all the staff were Friendly Thanks Jack he is now in their Howard s VAUXHALL sales team next door to the Howards Citroen Taunton go and buy your new car from Jack
