Over priced and extremely poor service Shahid is a partner who is completely useless billing for work she had never done Unable to answer basic queries due to not looking at the file despite claiming and billing like she has Awful Unable to follow basic instructions and not on the ball we had been constantly having to reiterate the same information to her Can only assume she must be extremely busy at home watching CocoMelon Recommendation would be to look for an alternative firm
