Very poor avoid
Advertised a part for a hottub valve actually called valve for lazy spa Vegas an doesn t actually fit that product sent back for a refund nearly 3 weeks now after saying issues it still waiting on my refund useless company an wont be using them again avoid

Ordered 3 items
Ordered 3 items had shipped email then an email saying some items are missing and did I want something else I said no and asked for refund not heard anything back yet about getting the refund but im expecting trouble the 3rd item turned up and is a completley different item than I ordered defiantly avoid if they are making multiple mistakes like this

Damaged item uncompromising and unwilling to help
Received an item as a gift from them last month via Amazon The item was packaged in a flimsy cardboard sleeve I don t know why they didn t use a box which didn t protect it at all and it arrived damaged Got in touch with them to try and arrange a replacement They insisted I send the item back first despite pictures I sent them showing that the item would be useless to them as it would not be able to be resold due to the damage Although they acknowledged the packaging should have been to a better standard and sent a return label I explained I don t have the facilities to print one nor do I want to pay for additional packaging as a result of their mistake I also pointed out I would also prefer not to risk a trip to the post office at the moment due to COVID19 They have displayed a real computer says no approach to my issue and the only thing they have offered is an extension to their usual return times which I would have expected anyway due to the current lockdown I wouldn t recommend them as a company and I wouldn t use them in the future

Terrible service
Terrible service Received damaged product and was sent a returns label via email by them Sent the package back received no refund for over a month and being told by their staff they definitely didn t receive it Luckily I found the tracking information and it had actually been delivered and with them for a month I would recommend Not purchasing from here and their customer service team is terrible

Disappointed
Really poor Missing items and what you do receive is shabby or in the case of one item already opened Please avoid this lot as they simply haven t got a good business model and they certainly have NO quality control Another company that will soon fall by the wayside Update Apparently Kim from Howleys toy spa company Has arranged for the missing item to be replaced we shall see Maybe you lot should have a staff get together and have a chat about the importance of getting TOY parcels correct just before Christmas

Avoid Didn t receive item
Ordered an item on 30th of April paid express delivery 9 I ll add and it s now a week later and no parcel has arrived Said they ve missed the note to send express and have refunded the difference No sign of the refund yet sent tracking information but isn t working on Royal Mail website SHOCK HORROR Opened PayPal case now Use the excuse about current climate and blamed Royal Mail but I ve ordered a personalised item for my child the same day as I ordered from them and it arrived two days ago

Beware during the holiday season
Beware especially during this holiday season After completing an eBay order 3 days later they cancelled under buyer requested cancel which was false They then finally messaged to say my item was lost but lied numerous times regarding the cancellation reason I have screenshot of them manipulating the listing through the days of purchase They re breaking consumer rights act and eBay user policies so use at your own caution They apparently pride themselves on customer service however they have none This was proven by the way they handle disputes and boldly lie to customers which is a theme through out their eBay store If they had been honest in the first instance this wouldn t have been a problem but to lie and manipulate for their own cause whilst breaking rules laws that s what s prompted this honest review Do not buy you will very likely be disappointed lied to and disrespected as a customer consumer
