Is it possible to give 5 stars We ve been using HQ from shortly after they opened and it was brilliant to find a garage we could really trust after many poor experiences elsewhere The service has always been reliable very reasonably priced and the the work well done Owners and staff are friendly approachable honest and will always go that extra mile for their customers Having discovered HQ when having a problem which needed to be fixed urgently to avoid ruining holiday plans - which they sorted - we use them for vehicle and caravan servicing and repairs I cannot recommend them highly enough They re a brilliant outfit and well worth using

We ve been using HQ for a good many years and wouldn t consider going anywhere else The service received had always been brilliant - reliable good workmanship and at a reasonable price The owners and staff are friendly knowledgeable and always go the extra mile After many experiences of being let down by garages in the past it was brilliant to find somewhere with integrity and honesty I can t recommend HQ highly enough A fantastic garage great people top service Well worth a visit

First rate service

First time I have used HQ I went to my car and the battery was completely flat I called HQ and he sorted everything out there and then was at my car with a new battery within the hour As the bonnet was up he noticed my antifreeze was below minimum suggested I called up to his premises within the next hour and he would top it up for me which he did Great service will definitely be using HQ again next time anything needs doing with my car

I have been a satisfied customer of HQ A L for several years In addition to regular MOTs and services on four aging cars the crew has sorted other problems that have come up very efficiently at reasonable cost My latest visit was to replace two tyres which were brought in and fitted within a hour

MOT and Service relief

Took my aging ford focus in for its annual service and MOT Kept up to date about the progress of the service throughout the day The car needed some work on the suspension and some TLC The fact that the list of work extended to a few pages the bill was a lot cheaper than expected and cheaper than large chain garages previously used Customer service was excellent Happy days

Sorry it s late I ve been in hospital all I can say these guys are so genuine bought a tourer they made sure it was road worthy new tyres and a full service plus they delivered my sons caravan to Dumfries what more can you get brilliant experience deffo would go back Thank you so much Karen Corder
