Terrible terrible company Dealing with their Wakefield office regarding a job in Doncaster Applied for said position they were handling on behalf of a local client Submitted an application with CV and detailed cover letter outlining 21 years of work experience and explanation of why I believed I was an excellent skill match for the advertised position Spoke to Adam who advised Sophie would give me a call to discuss following submission of the application Application was subsequently ignored Called back and spoke to Sophie who advised they had not received the application however then proceeded to ask me how long my notice period was Without me telling her I was already in employment Must have some sort of mystic mind reading ablilty to establish I was already in employment without being told Then said she would call me back Waited for a full week with no contact so chased up again Got through to Adam who said Sophie was on the phone at the moment then said oh hang on oh no she ll phone you back queue a supposedly frantic Sophie shaking her head and making slashing throat signs in the background Not quite sure what their issue with me personally is Perhaps they are confusing me with someone else Who knows To sum up this is an extremely unprofessional recruitment company that is best avoided at all costs

My partner spent 3 hours trying to register and get the correct documents to be told by an agent that the shifts he had applied for had just changed and offered him completely different shifts that he explained he could not take due to child care Unprofessional and time wasting

Worst agency ever if you want to work at ROYAL MAIL They start very late and from January they stop providing shifts They say it s no work and it s a lot of work The brunch manager and site manager have no professionalism regarding people they don t care about needs and payments that everyone has

Professional time wasters I wrote a review about my experience with this company a few months ago and since then they have contacted me about registering for work with Royal Mail However this was just to try and make me remove my review Pretending to help you register for work but always delaying the process due to the fact they have no work They always come up with some sort of reason as to why the vetting is taking so long THIS AGENCY IS ONLY INTERESTED IN REGISTERING PEOPLE SO THEY CAN BOOST THEIR NUMBERSThe manager Michelle thinks she s clever but i worked her out in about 30 seconds She will only contact you and pretend she s helping you but really she s a timewaster IF YOU THINK I AM WRONG PLS TAKE ME TO COURT AND SUE ME SO I CAN PUBLICLY SHAME YOUAVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - YOU BEEN WARNED PEOPLE PROFESSIONAL TIME WASTERS The 5 star ratings you see are probably fake because no one would give these guys a 5 star rating Pls look at their 5 star rating - YOU CAN TELL ITS MADE UP - LOL HR GO SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES YOU ARE MESSING WITH PEOPLE S LIVES JUST SO YOU CAN BOOST YOUR FAKE NUMBERS ANYONE LOOKING TO INVEST IN THIS COMPANY REMEMBER THE NUMBERS ARE WRONG
