I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent booking from your booking website Unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards I expected based on the hotel s reputation Firstly the WiFi in my room is non-functional for the entirety of my stay Additionally the electrical switch in my room is not working which added to my frustration Moreover I was disappointed to find that there were no towels provided in the room upon my arrival This oversight is unacceptable especially in a hospitality setting To make matters worse the overall condition of the room is poor I noticed that everything appeared dirty and unkempt which is not what I anticipated from your establishment I believe that guests deserve a clean and functional environment during their stay and I hope you can address these issues promptly What your website advertised regarding this hotel is completely opposite I have booked several times hotels through your website and this is the first hotel so far I would like to add this is definitely not a four-star hotel 1 TV not working2 No tea making facilities or water3 Reception staff very unhelpful4 Room is very dirty with stain marks on the table lamp shade wall bed sheets cobwebs5 Side lamps cannot be switched on off without pulling out the plug from the mains 6 The main big lamp is not working 7 On the entrance room the light is not working 9 Dusty room 10 Ants in the room11 White towels that were very gray and old 12 In room fridge was very dirty 13 Bath tiles were broken And the list goes onWhen I complained and they said there was no other rooms available That was one of the reason why I left after two nights even though it was booked for four nights The pictures are misleading on the website
