Within a day of registering an insurance claim for a new back door following an attempted break in we were contacted by Home Repair Network Ltd After seeing photos of the damage to the door the consultant at HRN confirmed that the door needed to be replaced He explained the process very clearly and answered all our questions We were contacted by the installer a day later and he visited us within a week to measure up and discuss door types From initial claim to installation the whole process took just over 4 weeks Everyone involved in our claim did what they said they would do when they said they would do it HRN provided excellent customer service always being contactable via phone or email and responded promptly to any queries
