Dreadful service from an organisation I thought would be above reproach 3 months ago we bought tickets to Kensington Palace for an exhibition Travelling 100 miles eachway necesitated and overnight stay at a hotel and lots of other expense We turned up at the allotted time to be told our tickets had been cancelled due to a private function - staff training 8 phone calls and 8 promises of an escalation of the complaint had receieved precisiely no action whatsoever Not even an apology let alone compensation How can they just cancel tickets like that with no warning and on top of that their customer service is none extistant

SUPERBLOOM the least super or bloom thing I have ever seen We expected less flowers due to the dry spell but not the dry wasteland we were met with My wildflower selection at home was a thousand times better When we tried to get a refund we were advised to go to our ticket provider See Tickets they would see the tickets hadn t been used would refund is they said sorry no refunds so buy the tickets to see the flowers don t use them as the flowers were dead no you can t get a refund Very poor after sales service Shame on you

No Super Bloom only Sadly Brown
There are sadly no Blooms and nothing was Super Its clear that nothing has been done to keep the blooms alive during a dry summer A total disappointment topped off by the tickets being non refundable Unless it rains or they water it its not worth your cost in either time or money Dont buy a ticket to this event unless it rains a lot and you check that the colours are back At the moment its only Super Brown Hugely Disappointed

Bought a necklace online payment went through no issues and received the necklace Then received a letter from a debt collection agency saying I hadn t paid Threatened me with court if I didn t pay the 55 If there was an issue with the payment which there wasn t then why send out the order Shocking service and will never use them again Avoid at all costs

My review is about how HRP treated their members during Covid
My review is actually about how HRP treated their members during Covid We couldn t visit but HRP did not extend our membership to let us visit when they opened again When I contacted them they said my membership was a donation but they would give me 15 months membership for 12 month fee if I signed up for a new membership by DD when in fact that offer is open to all so wasn t a compensation at all Worst still was that we bought our son and his family a gift membership for Christmas 2019 and they never got to use it - if they sell something as a gift - how can they then class it as a donation Well that is what they did - it was a complete waste of money and I would encourage anyone not to do it My other memberships were extended without me ever having to ask Not a good look HRP

Hello I have same issue as everyone I got auto renewal charge 120 I moved address and just realised when I checked my bank statement Called and they told me they don t issue refunds How this is possible for such a big company

Payment debited twice no answer or refund
I tried to buy an online ticket on the website in late May The payment didn t go through it was validated on my bank app but somehow the website told me it didn t work I tried it again it worked I ve received my ticket Only to find out a couple of days later that I had been debited twice I contacted them through their contact email address but I have never received an answer despite sending again another email a couple of weeks afterwards I ve asked the staff at the palace and obviously said they couldn t do anything Obviously I never got a refund

booking in error
I have given them 1 because they is nothing lower I bought tickets for hampton court when it should have been Hampton court flower show A very simple error and costly as they will not refund even if it was my mistake I informed them of this error withing 10 minutes but they dont want to know they simply refer you to the T C s Is there no sympathy with them never will i go again to any historic palaces and i have been on plenty before i have been twice to Hampton court so this is a useless ticket and an expensive error beware everyone they have no sympathy when it come to an error

110 was taken from my account without
110 was taken from my account without permission for renewed membership They said they had sent a letter telling me of this but it certainly wasn t received Such a shame because this has ruined my relationship with them and I certainly won t take out any further memberships with them There really should be a law in which companies need written permission to automatically renew memberships I ve spoken to customer services and as yet I m still waiting for a manager to get back to me

I bought Tower of London tickets on line but the web site froze just as I entered my credit card details so I assumed the transaction failed and proceeded to queue up for tickets at the ticket office I then received an email with my on line tickets attached which means I paid twice to get it I applied for a refund a month ago and sent 2 reminders but have received zero response to my emails
