Very prompt fraud detectionI had a text last night asking if I had made a purchase to sky answer y or n Plus the numbers I could call otherwise they will call me This morning I had a had a call from HSBC fraud verified they were speaking to the right person Asked me if I had made payment to Sky for 1200 When I had said no they told me they will cancel this card and issue new one Extremely grateful to who ever is watching detecting the frauds Excellent work

Good Morning I have had the misfortune of having my credit card cancelled due to no fault of my own I have called often and dealt with incompetent underwhelming staff Eventually some person asked me if I wanted to escalate my case I said yes and that should have been offered in the first instance Then a lady by the name of Sabrina contacted me I was blown away by her attitude attention to details politeness utter professionalism promptness tenaciousness and eagerness to help She managed to get to the bottom of the matter and was unhappy until she sorted it and made sure I was happy In my opinion Sabrina should be in training other staff how to handle situations and customer service We could all take a leaf from her book Though I have yet to see the results of her perfectionist mannerisms dealing with Sabrina has made all the bad experience worthwhile The world needs more Sabrinas Gratefully Walid Eltaki

Son in end stages of COPD family wanted
Son in end stages of COPD family wanted to purchase a portable concentrator to enable him to get round in hospice in a wheelchair and go out for walks with nurse they had the funds toward one in my account within the hour we then found out he won t make it till his birthday in May a d I wanted to take a 2nd small loan out so I could pay for his coffin fully once again with a telephone conversation and a few checks within 30 seconds I had the extra funds to make the purchase immediately This bank were there for me at such a dark time in my life and made me feel as though I was not alone and that they were there for me in time of need Truly caring staff in all departments and switchboard a rare commodity these days Thank you for allowing me to give my son a send off when he passes he so rightly deserves GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Today I was with a relative as a translator and guide at 46 the broadway and we got serviced by Marilu Tornatore and she was great and patient with us we really appreciated her service and would like to leave this review for her And if we need any help in the future we will definitely try to get back to her

Excellent experience from app phone to branch
App is great intuitive and easy to navigate This really wins me over from other high street banks say Lloyd s whose app is really clumsy and slow or NatWest whose processes remind me more of 2000s than 2020s Phone call is picked up instantly where questions get addressed and solved right away Online chat was effective swift and helpful Been to a branch once recently and the front desk was super effective though pitifully understaffed I find my review in a strange place here but I seriously have nothing to complain about HSBC UK

HSBC Bank staff at her best
On 29 12 2023 I visited the HSBC Bank at Romford to open my minor daughter s saving account and I encountered a staff named SHAHENA She was very helpful polite and happy to help nature Although she didnt able to open the account for my daughter at the brank but advised me to open online as the network at the branch was slow I asked some coins bags but the other staff was not happy to give me but she went off chair and got some bags for me what a lovely personality she is we really want few more staffs at this HSBC branch like her Thank you
