On Saturday the 1st Feb I went to the hsbc bank in rochdale to sort out some business the girl on recption who showed me to a girl who would sort my problem I must say the young girl was so good helping me she made me feel so relaxed and assured me she would sort everything out this she did She told me she was on loan from stalybridge bank well stalybridge you should be proud of this girl she is the best I have ever had the pleasure to speak to her name is IQRA HUSSAIN thank you HSBC

A bank that cares

I ve been with HSBC for over a year now It s really nice to be with a bank that actually cares about there customers Due to a change in circumstances I called to increase my limit on my credit card Instead of given me more credit they helped get my finances in order and refunded all bank charges for the last 6 months

Keep up the good work

I have been a HSBC customer for around 30 years and cannot fault them Any issues I have are always dealt with quickly and fairly I would go as far to say they are my number one choice for personal and business banking They are by far the most understanding and ethical company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with

I came into branch after a long while Mr Hussain from solihull hsbc really looked after me I had so many problems with hsbc especially online issues for over 1 year and he went above and beyond to sort all this out for me Customer service 10 10 thank you hsbc i have now full faith in you guys again after this Keep it up

Very helpful staff members

Just made an account with this bank and already blocked myself in online banking only because of my mistake So I went back to the bank in Wolverhampton and staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful I would like to tell huge thanks to the staff members - Harundeep S Ben K and Ash M Thank you very much for your help solving my problem even if it took much time because of system errors for your patience professionalism and friendly attitude I very appreciate it Great team of customer service
