Zero Stars Terrible Customer Service
Hubbl is well on track to earning a reputation for the worst customer service possible It seems like customer support is not part of their company policy at all The entire focus is purely on marketing and taking your money If you encounter glitches or issues with their system don t expect any help because you won t get it They won t respond to your problems and you ll end up paying for months of a subscription before you even get a reply By the time you do you ll probably want to cancel the service because it s unusable Save your money and go directly to the streaming platforms instead

Bought a Hubbl because Telstra T Box was phased out Should have gone with the Telstra Fetch Hubbl has not worked properly since we bought it Picture quality through ariel is terrible shuts down and makes a continuous buzzing noise until it s unplugged 75 stright to the tip

Total waste of money
Total waste of money Not long after the warranty period expired terrestial TV stopped working I now need to use apps which is limited and I have to log into the app each time I want to watch a programme Hubbl hangs now and then and I have to unplug plug it back in for it to work When it is working the most frustrating thing is having to scroll to very very bottom of the screen to get to the menus not to mention programmes don t synchronise on non-Hubbl devices I have tried dealing with support but they take 1 week to reply and each time they reply they ask another question which they will take another week to reply to the answer I have up after 1 month I have disconnected it and back to using a set top box for my projector

I have cancelled my subscription after a long chat with support last month They said ok all good Suddenly the subscription automatically on and I am charged again How come they scam it - they supposed be a legit company

A zero would have been preferable Hubbl are an atrocious scam Number one you cannot cancel subscriptions easily No2 they double billed me for 3 months and refused all liability or to pay me back No3 the Hubbl subscription was forced on me when they illegally hijacked my Binge and Kayo accounts I never authorised this No4 Do not use them and deal with the individual streaming service not these money grabbers Very annoyed

Absolutely horrendous experience with Hubbl
Absolutely horrendous experience trying to cancel my Kayo subscription through Hubbl I have cancelled it at least 4 times now and the thing still won t stop billing me I m in my 20 s and still cant figure out how to cancel the thing Its disgraceful they make it this difficult to trap you in and keep billing you Boycott incoming

It is difficult to be positive about a company who is obscenely dishonest They have an AI response mechanism that they action each time you try contacting them After cancelling my subscription several times I find a withdrawal from account without authority Scammers cannot do this without your data Yet Hubbl happily withdraw funds at their leisure I have no recourse to this dishonest behaviour At least this platform gives me some voice to alert other people wanting to subscribe to this company I would be happy to qualify my experience and warn others of the impending shortfalls Do not sign up to this platform
