18 03 2020I would have put 0 star if I could Horrible service Terrible customer service The bottles I received were not packed properly and most of the liquid had leaked in the box They refused to refund me if I returned the items I sent several emails without any replies 26 08 2020A reply after over 5 months This just shows the non professionalism of this company I wish I had read the mainly bad reviews of this company online before It would have saved me money time and stress I sent several emails with pictures and you never reply to me I have plenty of pictures of the box full of liquid and bottles nearly empty because of the bad packing considering a bottle costed 55 euros Disgraceful company 26 08 2020Trust pilot website is a platform where customers can write their experience so other customers can have an idea of the company I am a customer and as a customer I have written the bad experience I have had I can see you have a lot of time to read the bad reviews I have written but you do not speak about all the bad reviews you have on many website Trust pilot shows if a company has a good or bad reputation What is sure is that if I had read all the reviews about Huella Canina before I paid I would have never paid What I found very strange is all the suspicious good review written 1 day ago and today all at the same time exactly when you have replied to me and all the other real bad reviews What a coincidence

Order not delivered In September 2020 I ordered and paid for some dog shampoo It was never delivered although Correos said it had been I have written lots of emails asking for another bottle to be delivered or a refund I am still waiting as they have not said they will do anything This company has dreadful customer service and I wold never use them again

Very poor communication
Extremely bad experience I have ordered few things I have recieved a dog mattress size small when in fact I ordered and paid for Large Huella Canina refused to sustitute the item with the correct one and instead of this washed their hands to had had an error with the prices Their suggestion was to refund the money and collect the wrong item Unfortunately here the worst come the transport company used by Huella Canina didn t collect the parcel with funny explanations even after making an appointment noone collected it so there s a fraud I recieved something wrong I payed for and there s no way to recive the money back due to the lack of any professional service both Huella Canina and the transport company used by them I tried to comunicate via tlf the customer service of Huella Canina but there s a voice record that their voice box is full and instantly you are disconnected By all my bitter experience I would never dare to be a client of such a incorrect shop I really feel so sorry but it was my first and last order I will take the issue to Visa customer service as there s no other option to recover the amount paid P S The price paid for the mattres was as shown at the website for the size L In reply of the statements about the 2 unsuccessful intents for collecting of the wrong item I might upload the telephone conversation with Correos Express and on top of all I insisted in email Huella Canina to send me a prepaid label and to deposit the mattress in the nearest Post office so that there s no doubt who has the good will to resolve this unpleasant issue as soon as possible And in one final sentence the experience with Huella Canina hasn t been any good I wish I knew this before Be aware dear Customers of Huella Canina maybe you will pay for some goods but later on you will receive something different and they will let you know without any regret that it was mistake in the price and you will be in the same vicious circle as described
