Customer service

My laser was missing a few of the tiny rubber feet on the bottom of the base of the unit I contacted customer service and received a prompt response I received new rubber feet within the specified time that they said it would be mailed to me Thank you for you support you made the process easy

Product works well

Product works well The 4 options buttons are difficult to read but quickly learnt I was particularly pleased to get a prompt answer from support and link to a pdf version of the instruction booklet 01 Feb 2024 Yesterday I tried to use the laser outside for the first time It is not powerful enough and and the laser dot can t be seen even in the shade even at 2 or 3 meters So the advertised 60 metres is not accurate Maybe I have a faulty one I will try to get an answer from Customer Services

I ordered by mistake the wrong product but for Huepar was no problem at all The office dealt with the product return very professionally and they send the refund very quickly Great customer service and good communication Definetly I will shop again with them

Great customer service

I ordered my partner a laser level for Christmas which worked perfectly until recently where it had a fault Kylin from the customer service team could not have been more helpful So attentive and sorted the problem out for us really quickly Thank you

Slight fault with the positioning of the Lazer dot

I contacted huepar with my issues with my dot Lazer and they ask me to send in a video to better explain my problem with them I had a very quickly response and a new Lazer was sent out to me on the next working day Very happy with the service and the speed the my issues was addressed and fixed

Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised I had a red Bosch quigo for about 5yrs and gradually it s full of dust with no way to get in to clean it I looked at green version twice the price Some how I find my way to huepar and not needing all singing all dancing laser I find similar if not better version of Bosch green quigo 1 3 of the price Arrived in a day or two and comes with case batteries magnetic bracket and reflector beamfinder Well happy 2yr warranty included why wouldn t you
