Great service
I travelled on Hull trains last weekend from London Kings Cross to Hull and was very impressed The train left on time was extremely clean and the staff were all very friendly I was also happy with the ticket price I paid I will definitely be using their service again Well done Hull Trains

Shambles of customer service
Over 1 hour late departing LKX 17 08 2023 No information that the train would be over 1 hour late or what was happening No hull trains staff visible or apparently available to provide information We were not told we could use other train services To get a refund I had to sign up to another website despite having the app and that refund could be done automatically Painfully slow to get through all the refund question Simply not good enough any of this A total shambles

Very disappointed and feeling sad for
Very disappointed and feeling sad for my brother and wife as he cares for his bed bound Wife 24 7 who comes from Garforth once a fortnight to see his 3 sisters as he gets carers for that day and the time he would be away from home He got to the hull station usual time only to find they had canceled the return train and had to get the next train an hour later that broke down had to wait for another he was 2 Hours late home you can imagine how frantic he was while waiting for his next train luckily he managed to get in touch with a friend I mean come on its time these trains where sorted out someone s life may suffer due to you striking my brother is 79 and his wife is 86 get it sorted KWhite

Appalling Customer Service
Tried to book via the website six tickets from Doncaster to London Kings Cross but when inputting my card details kept getting a message technical error try again After three attempts checked my bank account to see three debits for the full amount but no tickets received Rang customer service who were totally uninterested and told me to ring my bank to sort it out Will NEVER use this train operator again

Terrible Customer Service
Booking a train is easy and the journey itself was fine However their website is very bad for changing refunding a ticket Website not working and unable to help over the telephone I would avoid and use other sites to book in case you need to make changes

Awful experience
Awful experience Two and a half hour journey and no catering facility for standard passengers nowhere to even buy a bottle of water They do the minimum and charge outrageous prices The seats are rock hard the toilet was out of order the staff member was rude

A boy got assaulted on our carriage People were screaming and terrified the emergency chord was pulled we waited for one hour inbetween stations While a gang caused havoc in our carriage Police were unable to remove the gang so the rest of the passengers had to sit in terrified silence for an hour while the gang verbally abused passengers An awful experience I seeked a refund but because I booked through Trainline they said I was not entitled to a full refund Awful Ironically the people on the phone were very nice

Worst train journey I ve ever had and this company don t care
Hull Trains Customer Service I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and demand a full refund for a recent train journey I experienced with your service The journey which took place on Saturday 30th March 10 33am from Hull to Kings Cross Station was without a doubt the worst train journey I have ever encountered Throughout the duration of the journey from Doncaster approximately 40 unruly individuals engaged in disgraceful behavior including fighting assaults intimidation shouting screaming and even stealing seats It is utterly unacceptable that Doncaster Station permits unticketed passengers to board trains particularly when there are families elderly passengers and women traveling alone who should be able to feel safe and secure Of particular concern were the distressing incidents that unfolded in Coach B A single lady seated in seat 67 endured relentless abuse for the entire journey Then missed her connection at Kings Cross Additionally an elderly gentleman and his wife occupying seats 69 and 70 were repeatedly barged into as the unruly youths fought amongst themselves in the aisles after the Grantham stop I too was subjected to threats the moment these individuals boarded the train while I was with my family simply minding my own business It was clear that their sole intention was to be as antisocial as possible with complete disregard for the well-being of fellow passengers The situation escalated to the point where the journey was marred by delays including an emergency stop and a prolonged wait for transport police intervention at Grantham Nothing could be done by limited staff to address the issue only a small fraction of the disruptive passengers were removed from the train leaving the majority to continue their disruptive behavior unchecked I strongly urge for immediate and decisive action to be taken including a lifetime ban for all individuals involved in the disturbance with their identities circulated to prevent further incidents on trains Furthermore I am formally requesting a full refund for the cost of my tickets as compensation for the distressing and utterly unacceptable experience endured This ordeal not only resulted in the ruin of my daughter s 16th birthday celebration but also led to the loss of our afternoon reservation I trust that you will thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to address these grave concerns promptly Thank you for your attention to this matter I look forward to hearing for you immediately As every single person on that train was put in danger due to absolute negligence and the response as I saw it was inadequate I need fill out a delay form and not interested in any safeguarding issues Travelling with my two girls Still who cares Hull Trains
