Hulu sucks They ve been charging me for months no matter what steps I take to tell them I have canceled many months ago and cannot get through to them to quit nickel and diming me for a subscription I don t use and have canceled multiple times However They do take the time and pay for excellent customer service representatives When I called in tonight and spoke with John I realized that I am literally willing to pay 7 mo for the rest of my life whether I use the service or not to support the fact that they care enough to hire enough quality and competent personal to always have someone there to help you as needed Therefore although I hold that I believe Hulu to suck other than the handmaidens tail I watched on my ex boyfriends Hulu acoustic I am so impressed with their customer service personnel that I told him to continue my subscription which I would never use purely because they at least do a great job in hiring quality personnel I appreciate this kind of thing as should we all Truth be told in my opinion John deserves to be ceo of a company that far exceeds one which continues to charge me monthly for a service I canceled 4x beginning 4 months ago John will figure it out that s he s better than Hulu will Hulu though How

Hulu is the best I have blazing fast internet for the most part so not many connection errors and all my current devices work even though I did have to purchase a Fire Stick for one of my Dinosaur TV sets that no longer supported Hulu Not that big a deal it gave my aging television new life I ve had a few hiccups and had to reach out to their support team They were awesome and knowledgeable The issue ended up actually being my Internet Service Provider who had issues in their end It makes me sad seeing so many bad reviews for people whining about their devices no longer being compatible or doesn t support Live Tv It s like trying to watch a BluRay disc on a DVD player it won t work Most customers in the times we are living in are so used to getting all sorts of credits and freebies by complaining It s disgusting Stop trying to get free stuff and the pricing will stay reasonable It s the equivalent to stealing an item from the store and then returning it The people begging for credits for inconveniences need to either get a job to afford Hulu or simply use an Antenna Quit complaining In hopes of having companies throw free services at you
