For nearly three years I was embroiled in a particularly stressful case of construction law where my wife and I were the claimants I am not at liberty to discuss the matter through confidentiality agreements but can confirm that yesterday at an official mediation attended by 10 participants including the mediator the matter was fully resolved to our expectation This was a complicated matter and even although I have been a relatively successful businessman for over 45 years with various companies still under my belt nothing would have prepared me for the barrage of untruthful statements the defendants were claiming as true to defend themselves I knew that I wanted a firm that had a specialist construction department and Humphreys were that ideal firm They held our hands throughout and their expertise was exceptional Throughout this long matter which was dragged out by the defendants insurers they kept us sane and focused They will now be our solicitors of choice for the foreseeable future for all of their different areas of expertise and I would like to take this opportunity to thank their partners Paul Wong and Robert Humphreys for their ultimate knowledge and patience eventually leading to our success A brilliant team
