Hey Hunger Station- I m still hungry

Hunger Station is a half baked company that doesn t deliver what it claims to Imagine ordering food from an online delivery platform getting no food and paying for the pleasure Well maybe it was a mistake so you contact Customer service No response Days later one arrives asking wait for it did you receive your food What a sorry excuse for a company It s all in the name people When you use this joke of an App you end up with a station of hunger residing within your stomach

Horrible experience They cancelled my order and didn t refund me money because a random spam number called me and didn t answer and he left with the food and he didn t even ring the doorbell and I have a camera evidence of all this Second time one of the drivers tried to force himself into my house and grab my hand and they did nothing aboit it when I reported it

Watch out

Watch out I call it stealing I did a delivery yesterday night from Mamoula shop and provided my address where there is a security guy in the compound The driver refused to leave the package at the security and called me and I couldn t answer so he cancelled the order After 5 mins I reordered the same order and another driver came and didn t even contact me and left the order at the security So I paid the same order twice and I called the customer service and they said they cannot help and the money is lost What do you call this Thank you

Horrible experience

I ve ordered from hunger stations multiple times but there s always atleast one mistake in my orders Recently I ordered from hunger station and the driver delivered the order to the wrong location and when I asked the customer service they said they can t do anything about it nor give the refund I ve tried contacting the driver as well but he just left me on sent and customer service just kept saying they can t do anything and won t give refund

DO NOT TRUST HUNGERSTATION RIYADH THEY ARE GUILTY OF FINANCIAL FRAUD EVERYONE WHO HAS BEEN WRONGED BY THEM SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE MINISTRY THEY WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE STOP THEM SPREAD THE WORD ALL OVER YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA FIGHT BACK Read my negative review and other negative reviews on their Google locations They have stolen money from their customers many times DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES MAY ALLAH BRING THEM TO JUSTICE ASAP

Worst customer service I have encountered for any issue They can t escalate they speak rudely by phone you can email regarding a matter and they never respond Their drivers are never wearing safety so are never allowed in compounds Drivers always take ages as they deliver to other people You can t even reach the customer service advisors as there s no number and by chat they are always trying to end it
