The PC arrived on Friday 2 June and we thought we had a charging issue I emailed Mike late on Friday afternoon We received a reply very quickly I emailed again giving our phone number not expecting to get a ring until Tuesday as it was a long weekend and after 5pm Mike rang and talked us through Great PC and good service

These people are very genuine you can trust them with your eyes closed I recently bought an HP laptop so the laptop is in very good condition and is running very fast I have not faced any problem so far I am giving this review after a week of buying the laptop
