Unqualified assistant shop manager
I ve been to Hunkemoeller Schiphol and the bra I have chosen had a damage and they didn t have another one available When asking for a possible discount the assistant shop manager immediately said NO Another sales agent got involved and explained that when pushing a damage button in the kassa the customer would automatically receive 10 I would have expected better customer service Especially considering that every stewardess gets 10 by default

Worst experience ever On 08 04 I got e-mail that my order is send Today is 17 04 and I have already written 3-4 times with customer service My ordered is not even income in GLS I wanted either my order 539DKK or my money back because my money is taken and they told me that I can t have my money back I have to wait for order

Never got my order Ordered in the summer and now it s winter
One of the worst experiences I ve ever had I ordered in the summertime with their app I have sent over 5 emails asking and only got a reply once for them to say that they didn t know the order They said they would look into it but I never got a mail back nor did I get a refund or my order now they delete my order out of their register while I still have the confirmation mail that I did order Just go in store if you would like something

Customer service ignores customersThe order from February is lost and not delivered Lots of attempts of contacting customer service are unsuccessful as they simply do not react for a month Waited twice more then 30 min on the telephone line - 0 reaction Waited for the online chat that showed I was 7th in a line only to get to be the first in an hour to read that no employee is available Left message in Facebook - 0 reaction All of my emails were ignored as well

On 15 December I ordered a cadeaukaart from Hunkemoller I still did not receive it I keep on sending emails and try to phone but it is impooible to get hold of klantenservice This was the first time I ever ordered anything from Hunkemoller but it will also be the last PLEASE JUST REFUND MY BANK ACCOUNT if you cannot do anything about it I am very disappointed Helen I cannot even make contact with live chat as advised by Hunkemoller

TERRIBLE customer service
TERRIBLE customer serviceI had to contact them like 5 times because they never have available agents and I have to try later The first person to help me was Esthee she answered my question and closed the chat right away before I could continue with my other question So I had to try again to reach someone available This time it was Alyson who told me something completely different from Esthee I asked her why she said that s the policy and closed the chat right away i tried also the Facebook chat but I didn t get an answer in over a day lol
