I purchased a bracelet from Hurley burley and loved it so much that I bought a few more to wear as a stack Yesterday I was devastated when it broke and messaged customer service with little hope that the issue would be resolved due to the fact I bought the bracelet in December Jack in the customer service department contacted me the next day I was delighted that he was able to resolve my issue in a swift and professional manner If the bracelet cannot be fixed then it will be replaced - during this difficult financial time it means a lot to not have to worry about replacing it as I love it so much that I may have had to Thank you for a high level of customer service and a beautiful product - will definitely be buying more

Excellent serviceI ordered a locket and wanted to change the wording on it after I d ordered it I emailed them and luckily enough they was able to change it and I received my order within 2 days It s absolutely beautiful and perfect too
