Order from May still not delivered - no communication
I ordered two windows on May 10 2023 I was told it could take six weeks It is now near the end of September and they do not answer phone calls their voice mailbox is full and the one time I did reach a person they told me they would nget back to me that same day and it never happened That was a month ago I now believe this company has gone out of business Don t do business with them

Painted no powder coated
Ordered months ago Inquired about order and was told there was a quality control issue with powder coating and the shutters would be here in a few weeks Another 4 to 6 weeks went by no communication I put in a despute with CC company and then they responded Shutters were shipped Correct sizeThey were not powder coated they were painted and the pain it flaking off the aluminum If they were powder coated correctly I would have had no problem I m stuck with them now in Oklahoma

Hurricane Shutters dissapoints I bought two windows and a door shutter The door shutter has broken three times Once per year Before the first year the gear box and the plastic parts failed They are designed to They do not warranty for 5 years not even 1 year You will be blamed for one of their many reasons that your shutter failed Michael Joiner is a liar and a shiester

It is very reassuring to know my home is protected against storm damage
