DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR PETS HEALTH

I m actually annoyed with myself that I didn t check trust pilot before ordering this product I spent 71 on 4 packs of 8 bricks I wanted to try this company as I was hoping it would be economically friendly and soft on my cat s paws The company says that the bricks will last for a week After 2 days and not many cats using it the ammonia smell was so overwhelming that I was very concerned about my cats health being threatened if they kept using it I have 3 boxes of 8 bricks each left and looked at the website to see if they did a money back guarantee or something similar I sent an email to the company stating my issues with the product and wanting to know if I would be able to recoup ANY money considering I can not use the products A man named Terry Barber from the company decided to give me a call If I had known what I was going to have to deal with on this phone call I wouldn t have picked up at all Straight away this employee decided that trying to gaslight me put the blame of not liking the product on me and being very pushy and acting oblivious was a great way to conduct himself I can understand that he is a sales person and may feel very protective of his companies product but it was so unprofessional and demeaning the way he spoke to me on this phone call What really actually upsets me now is how he was constantly trying to say oh we have no idea how this could happen We ve never heard of this complaint And he mentioned at least 5 times many cats have kidney problems That could be why Which is absolutely ridiculous to say After about 10 minutes on this phone call of him trying to blame me for this issue telling me oh we re developing a spray that should help with this issue but it s not available yet Clearly showing he is personally aware of this being an issue I finally asked about a potential refund I was quite fed up of being gaslit by a random stranger on a phone call He told me oh we don t have a return policy and I had to say it s on your website I have a screenshot of it and I can send that to you if you d like and he says oh I have no idea I haven t looked at our website for awhile which is absolutely not a great look You should know at least that about a company you work for At the end of this fiasco I was told that I will have to pay to send the unused unopened products back What has made me anxious about this is the fact that he mentioned a few times you get your money back if we can resell it but then he mentions oh the postal service are known for banging up products that are in transit So of course even if I do pay to send these back to the company I am almost certain that they will then say oh we can t resell them as it s now damaged No money back for you Which would be another waste of money and time for myself I really am so disappointed that this product has issues and that they are aware of them but clearly do not care about their customers at all when they have an issue All I can say is do not buy this product Genuinely it s nice that they say they want to save the planet with this product and that they have a patent for it so only they can create and sell it but this product is not fit to be sold yet in my opinion They need to work out a way to prevent the ammonia levels from becoming so high so quickly Until then they are wasting peoples time and money Maybe one day as I said to Terry on the phone call this product will be improved upon and I d love to try again if that happens however I would also do a small order to test it first But for now I am severely disappointed insulted and can t believe how it was handled

This product is brilliant My cats really like it I can bag solids after use then compost the litter and it s so light The company is a delight to deal with I had some questions about the litter and how to introduce it to my cats and their advice made the transition seamless
