Poor quality poor customer service
Purchased a YTH24V54 from Lowe s approximately 4 years ago I have 163 hours on this lawn tractor and now I m being told that the transmission is shot and it will cost 1 300 to replace it I contacted Husqvarna customer service and was told that the tractor warranty has expired Now I m left with an almost 3 000 paper weight Not happy at all with this brand their customer service or the quality of their equipment

Good company that lost it
Update It took all summer the receive a replacement product When I try to registre products on Your website I succeeded with 2 of 4 The products without serial was suppose to registre with i HID code The HID code function is broken on Your website Is there anybody in there -----------The wheel mount was bent from the factory No transport damage Wire to the handle is incorrectly mounted so that the wire will be damaged during use These are serious quality problems from the factory Husqvarna has been known for its high quality What has happened If I had seen before how bad Huqvarna s reputation is today I would have chosen another supplier

Husqvarna Automowers
I purchased 2 Husq Automowers which at the time I thought would be the best decision I ever made The idea of a robot mower may have been but the choice of Husqvarna was a big and expensive mistake The local agents have been good but Husq NZ head office have made their sale and walked away from any responsibility for their product Even the boundary wires are not fit for purpose quickly degrade and are not covered by Husqvarna So yes buy a robot mower but don t make my mistake and buy a Husqvarna brand As per many other reviews the company steadfastly refuse to stand behind their product

Steer clear of battery products poor quality
Steer clear of battery products - poor qualityBought a top of the range pole saw and pro battery setup a few years ago only used a couple of times a year Battery kept charged but only ever had one full cycle never abused Went to use a few weeks ago and battery dead won t charge now Contacted dealer who said to speak to husqvarna direct as it was out of warranty there customer services were not very helpful had to email they then came back with response that as it s out of warranty they wouldn t help Poor response for a bit of equipment that has so little use I used to be a big advocate of the brand but no longer will never buy another product from them Looking at other reviews it seems I am not alone in issues their battery powered range seems like cheap rubbish and poor quality- know where I will be putting my money in future and it s not husqvarna or associated brands

If HUSQVARNA could be given negative - ratings they would have EARNED THEM We owned NOT 1 NOT 2 but 3 HUSQVARNA MOWERS were happy and wanted to buy a fourth 4th Ooops-a mistake- DEALER S had NONE in stock - had NO IDEA when if they would even get them tried to phone HUSQVARNA - CHARLOTTE NC - NOTHING - NADA - ZILCH Subsequent written letters to 8 eight Corporate Individuals - mailed Aug 30 2022 in CHARLOTTE NC has produced NOTHING - NADA -ZILCH NEGLECT ARROGANCE INDIFFERENCE I WE tried - HUSQVARNA did NOTHING

Irish customers treated less favourably
I purchased a new automower 430x in 2021 Last spring it stopped working and the repair is quoted at over 1 000 which is ridiculous given how expensive it was to buy It turns out if I was a Husqvarna customer in the UK or in other countries I could avail of a 5 year guarantee Husqvarna refuse to offer this in Ireland and only provide a 2 year guarantee effectively discriminating against their Irish customers Their Irish representatives were slow to respond and eventually just said they can t offer the 5 year guarantee they offer elsewhere in Ireland Husqvarna should do the decent thing and treat their customers the same regardless of their location

No parts stock poor customer service
Bought a battery mower and strimmer combo battery failed within the first year Dealer or husqvarna did not have stock of a battery to replace Still waiting 3 month later Contacted customer service who couldn t have given less of a care I will be selling this and buying a lawnmower from a different manufacturer

Buyers beware
Parts ordered for my Husqvarna snowblower never arrived after three weeks Cutomer support said that my ordered was delayed because one part was backordered and wouldn t arrive until April When I ordered the parts online there was no indication that the part was out-of-stock or backordered I asked for the in-stock items to be shipped immediately before a big snow storm forecast for Colorado The Customer representative said they don t ship partial orders They said my only options were cancel the out-of-stock item and reorder out of stock item and pay the extra shipping cost or cancel whole order and buy the parts from another vendor Acted like they didn t want me as a customer

Husqvarna 545RXT strimmer Absolute piece of junk Supplied by my employer BRAND NEW Useless compared to a STIHL FS360 No power Absolutely gutless engine Bump head too angular sticks in the ground when walking forward strimming and dispenses more cord than you want which is a pain Can thoroughly NOT RECOMMEND this power tool How not to make a strimmer

Do not buy Husqvarna Viking embroidery machines
I have never ever received an answer to online inquiries from customer service A year ago I bought a machine that had a faulty needle threader The manager refused to exchange it The sales associate promised a loaner until the threader was replaced The manager refused I had a two-day old machine that I could not use for a month The store offered nothing for the inconvenience and online customer service ignored my complaint I know they received it because I had an email promising a response with in three business days
