warranty repair

sent a warranty repair on a pump told me that due to lack of maintenance the pump failed when i sent it back they then said 2 parts were broken and would not be repaired under warranty when the pump left me there were no parts that were broken i took photos and sent them but still not agreeing to the free repair apart from that they have been very helpfull

very poor on delivery

very poor on delivery paid for pre 10 no delivery told would be next day on a before 12 again nothing now told pump model has changed and will be here tomorrow doesnt help our client has now had 2 days waiting in for us to attend and fit there pump really bad communication

Ordered a pump for a wood fired hot tub

Ordered a pump for a wood fired hot tub on a next day delivery not a next working day delivery because of a bank holiday the pump came a day late the guests who where staying at the lodge were most upset so were given a full refund plus a bottle of bubbly for their inconvenience this is how we treat our customers hydrospares however said they would be issuing a refund for the next day service but then sent an email saying that because of the Bank Holiday they would not be issuing the refund It s Truly is astonishing that a company will make a customer unhappy over 7 pounds

No customer service

I send a WhatsApp message to ask for a part for my hit tub the beginning text me back asking the address to tell me how long going to take the delivery because they need to order That was last Wednesday I m still waiting for an answer I did text everyday asking and just they read the message and don t care about replying the same with the website chat Ridiculous

Never got to buy anything from this

Never got to buy anything from this place because no one ever replied to my message on WhatsApp the number they give says prompt response Nearly 2 months later I ve still not had a reply and now blocked it seems due to a Google review I left saying the same thing Save yourself time and effort and go to hottubpartsuperstore instead lovely guy called Mick and even replied out of hours to help me Really don t know how coyboys likes these stay in business

Extreem bad communication and service and very rude and unprofessional manager Called them many times because of a wrong shipment Every time they promised to call back and they never did These guys didn t took any action nor responsibility Also on the life chat they say it will be ok or sure I will find it out for you but in real they could not help me or just didn t respond on the chat If I can avoid this company I surely will do PS The transport was done via Interparcel

Really friendly telephone support helped me find the right components for my hot tub pump 29 98 rather than a new pump at 350 Parts arrived next day and everything working well Recommended
