Receive my product in a timely fashion everything was there The order was split up into two boxes but everything arrived at the same time It did take some time to get to me but that s is because of the holidays so that s is to be expected All the items that I ordered where exceptionally well priced other sites with the same product where double and triple priced for the same item making it unattainable Hydro worlds made it obtainable That s why I purchased the items from you guys and I appreciate that which makes me want to shop here on a more frequent basis Customer service five stars This is my first order with them My second order with them there were some complications that we re out of there control and i understand that and I am a reasonable person I emailed them and they responded promptly and gave me full disclosure of what was going on with the order in a professional courteous manner and offered me a refund or I can wait for the order they let me know up front with full transparency I can t not ask for anything better than that That s the best business practice that I ve seen with an order online And on top of that they gave me a discount code for my next order which you better believe I will be back to use it To the person who was helping me you deserve a raise I m sure your boss can do for an employee who is showing exceptionally work ethic You have your self a wonderful day I enjoyed my shopping experience with you guys both times Ever more the second time around
