Good Quality Pergola with Blinds
There was a delay in delivery due to an issue getting materials we were told However product is excellent quality and fairly easy to construct although does take a few hours in total We also ordered the pull down blinds which are a good quality I would definitely recommend this pergola to anyone

Pergola we purchased free standing
Pergola free standing looks amazing feels great with design and quality of materials What i also wanted to mention after the storm Lilian in our nearby sea location we noticed a little move of our pergola Based on that I put 1 star in a panic But we were told by builders thats not a pergola s fault but the location in an open nearby sea location s high cross winds area so they suggested to make it more secure by bolting it to our house wall This now has been done and we are very happy and confident with our purchase Thank you Ali for your call and assistance Thank you Hygge

Looks as good as on the brochure
The instructions say a two three man job I erected it myself and found it relatively simple Some of the instructions had to be read twice to understand the next stage but very happy I ve had lots of compliments about how amazing it looks I would recommend this product to friends and family

We found the hole experience from start
We found the hole experience from start to finish very easy and smooth it s was delivered within the estimated lead time the customer service was great The pergola is brillaint it met every expectation and was pretty straight forward to put together the build quality is top notch and surpasses other brands that we looked at Without question we made the right choice and is the perfect addition to our out door living space

Positive experience
I had a positive experience with their email communication there was a minor delay in the delivery of my product However they upgraded the heater I ordered to a more powerful model and even included some complimentary post lights which I really appreciated I also called a couple of times for advice and they answered right away Overall I m very satisfied with both the product and the service I received

The Pergola is fantastic
The Pergola is fantastic it s really well made very sleek and stylish It also has the added bonus of having lights and the heater which is very warm just what you need on an Autumn Winter night The only negative would be the customer service I had to make contact several times to chase up my order with little response back

HYGGE PERGOLA WAS WORTH THE WAIT
We put our order for the Hygge Pergola back in May with an offer of a free heater Delivery was confirmed for August The pergola finally arrived and delivered by 2 very pleasant gentleman and they stacked this carefully ready for us to assemble The Pergola is of very good quality aluminium simple to operate and was pretty easy to erect We had in built lights that are amazing at night time

The communication from Hygge pergola is excellent and the online chat is very convenient The product itself is robust and substantial and looks great The initial delivery was on time we did have some parts missing but these were sent out later Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company
