Its been more than a month that i ordered from the website Never received the product nor does the customer support answer

AVOID Request for refund ignored for more than a month

I put in an order on Jan 26 Order was never shipped so I requested for an order cancellation and full refund on Apr 3 I didn t get a reply so I sent a follow up email on Apr 19 Today is May 4 and I have still been ignored I understand that COVID-19 has disrupted supply chains but I do not think there is any excuse not to process a refund or reply to emails There is no way to get a response from the company apart from maybe on this website Avoid at all cost It is not worth the stress

I placed the order at 27 02 as I didnt get the order after few weeks I contacted them to ask the status of the order Only after I involved paypal and opened a case with buyer protection Hygi sent me the order almost 3 months delay unbeliveable
