I ordered on the 29th and a label was created on the 30th and the package hasn t been picked up still hypergogo said there wasn t room on the FedEx truck but FedEx says they haven t requested it to be picked up so I m out money and my child most likely won t have there gift on Christmas morning

Company completely failed at shipping
Company completely failed at shipping in a timely manner Took almost a month for delivery Customer service is a joke They gaslight customers about their shipping saying FedEx had the package like people don t know what label created means versus an actual scan confirming the company has the package The company blamed FedEx when really they just failed to have packages picked up for weeks- this was confirmed with FedEx by multiple customers I don t think they would have done anything to get my package out had I not stayed on them and gotten loud on social media Lousy lousy lousy

My daughter loves her Hypergogo We recently started turning the speed up and she can tell when it isn t on the right setting She rode with training wheels for a bit until they fell off Now she zooms around with her brother he rides a dirt bike so he rides slower for her
