my experience with the support team

what made my experience great was when I called I selected the wrong option so I did not get through to student support initially Even though the lady that was assisting me Dimpho was not from support she was very helpful she handled the situation in a way that made me feel like even though she was not the person who would assist me she would surely get to the person who would assist me She took down my details and made me feel even more at ease when she called me back to confirm the information she would need to escalate the issue to student support The initial contact made me relax I was panicking before I was even shocked by how fast support responded after I spoke to Dimpho I remember her name because she really made me feel calm about the situation even though I could tell she was not gonna be the one to assist me Moegammad Zakariya was straight to the point in his assistance I thought maybe I would receive a call again and have to explain the whole situation again but it was just straight to the solution Very great service I received and I was very irate initially

High qulality course and people

Very helpful and engaged tutors who are clearly highly expert in their fields The student and career support was outstanding especially considering that the course is fully remote but it really felt that they were there whenever you had an issue whether it was technical administrative or career-related Top quality all the way

Well HyperionDev has been a very significant stepping stone towards achieving my goals and aspirations I ve always wanted to start a career in tech ever since I was in high school but I didn t know how to do that until I was introduced to the company It has been a great experience thus far and I am enthusiastically looking forward to continue working with you guys and ultimately reach my short and long term goals Last but not least I d like to thank the whole support and finance teams at large for their patience towards students including how responsive they are to questions and queries
