Hyperlink never responds to enquiries

I have tried many times to register over the past two years Each time the site says I am registered and to Look out for a link in my email This has never happened On numerous occasions I have used the contact link in the website to ask about it and have not once received a response Unprofessional to say the least I makes me wonder if Hyperlink is a real business at all I don t understand how people can say in other reviews they have been working with Hyperlink when the company cannot even reply to an email The only reply I ever received was an automated welcome email after my first registration on 15 March 2023 No link Since then nothing at all and no replies to enquires I suspect the positive reviews below are fake based in my own experience of a completely non-responsive company

OK it is now another 9 months since my last review Since then I have tried a couple of more times Still the same message that am registered and to look out for a link in my email - which of course never comes I did once tried to contact one of the management on LinkedIn but also received no response there either In any case it is now hard to see what kind of business model this is with the rising growth in data centres for AI These days it is cheaper than ever to get your own GPU systems so why would anyone bother with hyperlink org s model If this ever was a viable business possibility I think it must be dead now It s about time they took their site down It just looks like a joke now

Excited for early access

I have been in communication with the founders for a few months via email and LinkedIn and they have been clear and transparent on their progress They are releasing their product soon and I m excited to try it out

I was on the waitlist since June 2023 I sent an email and got a reply after a few days and a team member personally added me on LinkedIn for faster communication I was able to see a demo and it was amazing I am beyond excited to try out Hyperlink soon
