I purchased this service and it never worked I emailed the vendor within hours asking for a refund and was told it shows everything is good take care They have refused to answer subsequent emails Customer service non-existent programming almost non-existent most channels do not work If you are purchasing for UK channels be advised they are practically non-existent AVOID this service
