Do you have a whole day to waist waiting for a delivery guy Do you like not being helped by the customer service Then this is the company you should buy your mattress from Spend 11 hours at home waiting for a delivery guy that never came and also never called if I have to waist my time for a mattress then what is the point of buying something through the internet if the delivery service directly SUCKS Still waiting There are thousands of nice brands on the market that also probably have better service

Horrible sells service
I write from Spain After try mattress bienestar superior during 2 months It is no suitable for me so I asked for return it and it s been 1 month waiting to someone to pick it up After contact 4 times with hypnia asking for information of the picking day they always say the same we send a reminder to the local transport they wil contact you in 72 hours And that s it still waiting So it seems a scam They ask you to wait until you give up Of course I will report it to the authorities if they do not give me a quick solution

Hello I cannot make an evaluation of your product because after waiting for it for more than a month and 4 delivery notices it has not arrived and I have canceled the purchase I think you have a good product the guarantees seem excellent and also the treatment of your agent in Spain was kind But I think that the effort that was made to get the merchandise to arrive was not enough after two delivery notices without any result by the transport company what corresponded was to find another company to deliver it I was offered compensation for the inconvenience but I would have preferred that compensation to have been used to get another transport to get the mattress In the end there were four notices and the mattress never arrived which means that I will never again consider your company to buy a product from you Perhaps one client is something insignificant given the demand that you may have but this is only the thought of a bad seller

Worst customer service ever No returns
The website and its marketing are misleading RETURNS ARE NEITHER FREE NOR EASY I have been chasing them for days for processing a return and 10 days later I am still waiting for their return address so I can post it and they only give you 14 days as return period I have contacted them through email live chat phone all sorts Worst customer service I ve ever experienced

Complete mess Sent an incomplete product missing screws and took no responsibility what so ever They ve now left me with a bed I can t assemble Quality bang average too - save yourself the pain and go to IKEA

Really awful company
Really awful company They didn t deliver all the parts of the bed and then refused to send them out in time Although they did refund the bed they refused to refund other parts that came with it or send the screws out separately so I ll just be throwing it away Worst company to communicate with and although one person in the U K office was helpful everyone else was not Would really never buy from this company again

Don t order if it s important to you to actually receive the goods
I m sure that if you ever manage to receive a mattress from them that it would be superb However if you read negative reviews on here they are all to do with delivery I paid for premium in the hope I d avoid such chaos by naming a day 3 weeks later I m still without a mattress Four separate dates have been missed John is lovely but incapable it seems if managing the interface with the delivery company to actually get goods to customers He even sent out a second mattress That didn t arrive either Whilever they re dealing with Arrow I fear it s a lost cause Good luck to you if you re brave enough

I m not sure yet about the mattress as I will move in next week to my new house so I will have time to try this The experience with the delivery company they use in Spain was not the best Lots of mix messages with different delivery dates Very confusing and stressing specially if you are in the middle of refurbishing your property The company doesn t do weekends Companies need to lear a lot from Amazon prime The delivery is excellent

Ok The product could be better
It was a good experience overall however the delivery took a bit longer than expected The instructions on how to use were clear The instructions on how to return if I had wanted to return it within the trial period were not clear at all The mattress is ok but given I followed a recommendation from Hypna after filling out a survey I expected a mattress more adjusted to my preferences it is too soft and for 2 people to use it becomes uncomfortable
