Ibanque one SCAM FRAUD ALERT
1 5 month ago we had signed an agreement with so called company ibanque one under legal name Alpha business Services WLL lic 153546-1 Building 77 905 Rd block 309 Bahrain The onboarding was done fast asking us to submit adequate list of documents in order to sign the agreement and complete KYC ibanque one team informed us that they are license by Ministry of Commerce and Finance from Bahrain and strictly follow AML rules Was very helpful at the beginning In order to test them we did a small first transfer and arrived in 2 days once we have increased the balance by a couple of thousands ONLY and made more payments none of them arrived to final destinations with invoices provided for the payments In ibanque one CRM the status of the payments were Completed but in reality ibanque one never executed them When we asked where are the payments and why it takes so long for them to arrive the only explanations received from Ibanque Team thats is pending and their bank did the execution but they cannot provide SWIFT to track the transactions if it was lost or maybe never got executed in the first place Their support under name Emily team2ibanque one and working skype IB BizDev live cid a62c8fb2e9a4251 told us I have nothing to add to what I sent you in an email earlier today if I have new information I will let you know bla bla bla as well they have another joker Brian using office2ibanque one during onboarding Both Brian and Emily was very helpful and replying on emails fast during the fist test transfer after that they don t reply or if they do with feedback we don t know or we have nothing to add To cut the story they just took our funds without any proper feedback or assistance total SCAM and Fraudulent company More reporting about them will be done so other people stay away from them

This company has taken over USD23 000
This company has taken over USD23 000 from us and we just get absolutely no service out of them We requested info and a guy by the name Brian was very quick to sign us up We had an online meeting with a lady called Emily who refused to have a video call due to security reasons They assured that they were registered in Bahrain while Emily operated from Cyprus They couldn t wait for us to make the transfer for the White Label product and once they received the funds we get occasionally a response when we threaten them from Emily just to make more promises and want more money with orders for the cards while they take months to respond to our requests for support I landed on this site and immediately looked into them as it is very hard to get information in this company I realised they did the same to us as the previous reviewers and am so glad we landed on this site as we now know we cannot trust them by putting our client funds in their accounts hoping they will honour their promises

IBanque one is a total scam Do not believe in all these positive reviews they have put they are fake and were written by the IBanque scammers IBanque One took our 15k since August 2022 and they don t respond to any message from us yet we can see the money in our wallet but when try to withdraw it keep pending forever

Best services for everyone
One of the major advantages of using this payment and crypto service was the low fees I was pleasantly surprised to see that the fees were significantly lower than what I would have paid using a bank or other money transfer service This made the transaction much more affordable for me especially since I was sending a larger amount of money
