I had a problem with a purchase from Amazon and they were not willing to help so I contacted I C directly Kimberley in customer service dealt with my issue in a very professional way and was so helpful and friendly during our messaging She arranged for replacements to be sent and also sent us a selection of other syrup flavours These all arrived very quickly Thank you Kimberley you were a star x
