Cannot trust this company
Gas bills are going up every month even though I m using gas only to heat up water The entire winter of 2022-23 we used electricity to heat our house and yet our gas prices were almost 300 euros per month in January February So now I m looking to switch and call them up They say there s no contract if I renew Then I get the contract itself and it s a one year contract That was the last strawa I am done with them

This company is a joke For sure they have the must useless and incompetent customer service in the entire world I have been trying for the past 4 months to add two contract to my online account with no success so frustrating I hate them

Sack the CEO
The customer service is a joke They sold me a product that cost me double due to the new tax that applies to new contracts If they had advised me of the new tax I would have not changed my contract and the new tax would only apply in 9 months when my original contract ended Almost 3 months and no reply to my complaint which they claim they are legally obliged to respond in 30 days Amateur company zero ethics

I would ask for the resignation of the CEO This company speak English when they are selling there product and when you have an issue you get told to speak Spanish Your client offices are unfit for purpose in every way Just look at your ratings from customers Shame on you all your board of directors and unhelpful staff

I have never been more upset with a company We have been trying to sort out our account for over six months They can never help- computers down will ring back but never do phone lines go dead We are only asking to set up our online account and to be sent invoices for electricity we have paid for This is not much to ask I would recommend anyone looking for an electricity provider in Spain to look elsewhere As the previous review states the CEO stood step down as he has been in office for many years and the company is a complete shambles and should be shut down for pure incompetence If anyone from Iberdrola can be bothered to read this review we would be interested to hear from you

Iberdrola made proposal to install solar panels and also would facilitate the administration to receive the CE Subvenciones which was calculated to be 2700 euros After more than 6 months after installation that also took 5 months they now communicate that there is no funding to be applied for This is malpractice and criminal behave our Sales person cannot be reached any more neither the sales administrator department It is a disgrace
