Horrible experience

We do not recommend this airline company We book a flight for our holidays from Madrid to La Habana and they cancelled it within 10 days prior to our departure telling us that they had some operative issues We have claimed a compensation and they avoid any responsibility Now they argue that the cancellation was due to extraordinary causes Iberojet has ruined our holiday trip

This would be a 0 star review Iberojet put my partner whom I was travelling with on another flight departing a whole week later without reason The only option we had was to cancel his flight and rebook it with another airline for an additional 414 Iberojet should be avoided at all costs - be warned

Delayed flight spoiled food and turbulent flight

I flew on 09 03 on flight E9-858 with a group of friends A flight to forget The flight was hours delay which made some of my friends to miss connecting flights in Madrid without any support from Iberojet on air or at the airport I realized later after reading the reviews that delays on these flights are frequent A pasta was served that left the whole group who ate it with gastrointestinal problems huge irresponsibility from the company I also realized later that it has happened to other people who traveled on Iberojet A very turbulent flight that left some passengers vomiting without any support from the flight attendants A flight and an airline to forget If you travel with this company pay special attention to what is served during the flight because besides being terrible it may be spoiled

I booked 4 plane tickets for Costa Rica one month ago received booking confirmation got debited 2 3K on my bank account I am suppose to leave in two days but when i tried to check-in SURPRISE the booking has been cancelled I didn t received any cancellation email the flight with the same number as my booking is still scheduled no refund on my bank account I am panicking and can t reach the support If someone here can hear my despair please please please reach out to me thank you

Wortst flight experience of my life terrible service All on board announcements were done in Spanish Rude and unprofessional flight attendants No matter how many times you tell them that you dont understand the flight attendant only address you in Spanish it was very hard for those of us who don t understand Spanish ib case you got problems with your flight don t waste your time to call there customer care line or email them it s pretty much a dead end if you re lucky they might respond back 3 or 4 days later I don t recommend it at all

By far the WORST airline ever Staff are completely unhelpful rude during check in on the plane any issues after our flight Our bags have been lost a week ago by this airline it is impossible for us to locate them We have our flight details our luggage tags from when we checked our bags in they are refusing to locate them We have sent numerous emails online forms even tried to contact them via social media We have made at least 30 phone calls we keep being told they cannot help us put the phone down We had an awful experience during our flight too but right now we are more concerned with finding our baggage Would never recommend this company

I NEVER had a flight company simply cancel my flight without offering me ANY compensation or altenative flight This was the first airline EVER and I ve tried even really bad ones that I almost sued because they could have cost me a lot of money due to connecting flights I will never again book with Iberojet They simply speculate oversell till they make better deals then cancel your tickets for fun without an explanation My flight wasn t cancelled but my ticket was I ve had many connecting flights from the destination so they could ve cost me much money I will never ever book with them again it s simply to dangerous they could ruin your whole trip basically
