IBK is serious abt costumer satisfaction

Great prices and efficient shipping I ordered a Specialized Turbo Como SL 4 0 at the end of April and it was shipped within a week While the communication was limited it provided sufficient insight into the process The bike was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition Assembling the bike took some time since it was my first attempt but overall it was a good experience

Ordered a Roval Terra CLX II Front wheel and S-Works SL Stem I placed the order on Sunday and received the goods on Friday in the Netherlands Fast shipping good prices Very happy with the products Will definitely consider IBKbike next time when shopping for Specialized components One small point for improvement the website s responsiveness could be better although currently it seems much better than back in May 2024
