Surprisingly low product quality and embarrassingly unprofessional support serviceI was given an Ice Watch as a present a year agoIt was used not more than a day or two a weekThere was a crack in the bracelet that had to be replacedAlas - the customer service provided anything but detailed instructions and policy informationAfter couple of day I know that the watch can be repaired only in their authorised shops and that they do not supply spare parts plastic bracelet As it is I have a crapy Chinese watch in spite of nice Belgian design and I can only throw it and get myself a new one for I do not feel like spending another week or two dealing with thisStrange that the warranty is covering only very limited issues - they are obviously aware that the quality is not that goodThe support team was not very helpful and I find their communication surprisingly unprofessional - I do not remember when last a message from a support team was embellished with emojis - but now I know that for someone that is new normal

I bought a Ice-Crazy Unisex Black Pink Watch ICE 7 years ago The watch strap breaks I changed it then mechanism stop a few hours later It is not possible to get mechanism exchange without passing through reseller I think ther is a planned obsolescence in those watch Avoid any way those watches
