I have been an unfortunate client of IC MARKETS and I have lost my life savings due to the unregulated and reckless behaviours of their employees who treated the managed account as their personal casino At the time of opening the account I was promised a secure additional income with a small investment but sadly this was not the case and the services provided was not coherent with what was promised I was promised an education in trading and secured profits by my manager Not only did I not get any money but also I lost all my investments entrusted to this fraudulent company Moreover I was never told about the risks of online trading The brokers assigned to me said that they would explain everything to me but instead I was given direct advice on what to trade - Direct Trading Advice which I have now realised is unregulated Money was taken from my accounts through swaps which I knew absolutely nothing about I have never been informed of such a commission Dozens of calls every day kept coming - even late in the evening from greedy employees of IC MARKETS who pushed me to transfer more and more money so that the investment supposedly pays off more When I complained to the Support team - instead of supporting me they ignored me completely How can a company that claims they are legit regulated institutions conduct such unsavoury behaviour brazenly with innocent people all around the world

I presently have a demo account with these I ve noticed a few things I Once I ve closed a trade their recorded entry price is often different to the one I recorded on paper at the time of entry Always to reduce my profit 2 The closing price is often different to what I clicked on Slippage 3 The app has closed itself often at busy and important times of a trade I am presently live trading with icmarkets com I ve not had these problems with them don t get confused I can only assume it s a different outfit

I ve been using a demo account with Icmarkets for a few months to see how a EA does As the results were good I went to apply for a live account After all the documents were sent for verification and after depositing money to fund the account I got an email saying that my application was rejected my demo account was blocked After sending emails to their support asking what was the reason for the rejection I didn t get any reply After spending lots of time trying to get a human to chat with me when I finally got someone and explain the situation I was told that the account would be verified and I would get a response This was more than a week ago and so far I didn t get a thing I feel like being treated as a criminal and I don t know why
