Bad hair day

I have been to this salon a few times and have had blonde highlights and hair extensions here in the past which have been good Unfortunately everyone has there off day and today was one of those days for Jess I didn t receive anything close to the inspo pics I get that lighting can make hair look different but not this much Unfortunately I did not say anything while at the salon which I should have but I was too shocked However I did message about an hour after Jess has offered to correct it but I do not wish to make another trip 45 mins each way for this nor do I have faith that Jess will be able to correct it I did ask for a partial refund so she wasnt massively out of pocket but she refused I am now 130 out of pocket and need to get my hair sorted elsewhere as i don t want to risk going back
