Premium product with exceptional customer service

I don t often leave reviews but I felt this time I had to due to the exceptional experience I had with Icons I recently purchased a framed signed Steven Gerrard shirt from them and it arrived shortly afterwards in premium packaging and on unwrapping it was absolutely immaculate I then hung the frame on the wall and it looked even better Unfortunately a short time later I heard a loud crash coming from the room and the frame had fallen from the wall and become damaged beyond repair due to me poorly hanging it I contacted icons to ask if there was anyway I could order a replacement frame and was responded to very quickly by Dan at icons who said he would send out a new frame completely free of charge even with free delivery It s been a long time since I experienced customer service to such a high standard and icons should be commended for how they value their customers I ve ordered a few pieces of memorabilia from icons in the past and will certainly continue to do so after this experience
