The cruise lines changed the sail date of our cruise and it had not yet notified ICruise My ICruise representative was diligent in researching the issue spending a lot of time before finally accessing the new information

This cruise was a gift for my 80th birthday My son-in-law suggested it and then made the reservation while we ate breakfast

I called to see if there was any availability on a particular cruise I spoke to Renata I told her that I was trying to surprise my Daughter and grandson and book mysellf on the same cruise that they were on This was last minute and the cruise was full RENATA confirmed that the cruise was full but she would track the cruise and call me if something came available RENATA did find me a spot on the cruise the day before the cruise departed but I was not able to go She was so nice and helpful and did excellent what she said That ment a lot to me So I booked another cruise for 2023 It is so nice to see that there are still people that go out of there way for other people THANKS
