Abdul and his colleagues answered our enquiry promptly They arranged a telephone conference on a Sunday in which they gave us considered and impartial advice which they then followed up in an email Later in the enquiry they were able to use their direct channel with the Home Office to ensure our new application was submitted on the priority channel and were able to follow up directly with the Home Office to ensure there were no misunderstandings at the Home Office end and so leading to a satisfactory conclusion They kept us updated throughout I would highly recommend their services
