Item took over 2 months to arrive when it did it was damaged and staff wernt very helpful at all

The item in the website is totally different about what was received There is nowhere to hang the piece the finishing of the item is not 100 professional The thickness of the wood is less than in the picture Its price is not equal to the value for which it was purchased

I ordered the school frame jk-grade 12 The order was wrong Names received were not what was ordered and in the example they write Taylor and the final product they include the name TAYLOR in it No where on the product page itself does it state they use that on the final product It simply shows as an example It is not stated that it is a fixed template and the name TAYLOR will be added to your product I contacted them stating why would I order it with a name that isn t theirs and their response was there is nothing wrong with the order I paid rush shipping to have it for Christmas presents but didn t even get it until after Christmas Paid 225 and can t even use the product unfortunately They only offered a 17 refund Very disappointed in the product and customer service itself After reading the reply I have emailed back and forth for a few weeks however the company only offered 5 refund and I kept pushing for full ans it s not what was ordered The bad they would refund was 17 That won t fix the problem or the amount I spent and the loss of Christmas gift I feel scammed I m very disappointed WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We found the product to be cheap chinese material with an expensive price tag Dont beleive their return policy as they will not honour it

this was an anniversary gift for my wife and they misspelled her name but other then that it was cute oh also the picture it not attached to the mirror you have to figure out how to attach it yourself without messing up the picture also they are not replacing my order so the name was supposed to be Tasha and it s Thasha
