Best support ever Headline says everything Had DSL now upgraded to FTTP I m with them only year but no downtime s so far When had requests they helped me quick and professional

I have used IDNET for over a decade both at home plus in my SMEI find them always really helpful and generally nothing goes wrong They provide a useful UK based support service alongside reliable products bridging the customer care gap that most other ISP and telephony providers suffer from They are not always the absolute cheapest but we find their products stable reliable and they are agile when you need help or want to modify your needs Their VOIP telephony platform is great for those who don t want to be ripped off but need some help setting it up or understanding the latest tech

Straightforward all working well

Installation was quick and problem free engineers made quite tidy work of running the new cables from the road through the garden and into the house Didn t even leave a mess Setup was simple enough just plugged in the supplied router which came preconfigured from IDNET connected our own Google WiFi to that and the house was up and running Have not had any interaction with customer service so cannot comment but so far so good and happy to never worry about contacting the awful Virgin Media customer service ever again

So far so good Openreach engineer managed to put the fibre cable into the office which made things easier The IDNet router was pre-configured and worked first time Performance is as it should be and reliability good so far but early days Static IPv4 address and I am able to port forward for services The router had IPv6 off by default but turned it on and I was pleased so see this working and able to connect to IPv6 services All good

Been with these guys for a few years

Been with these guys for a few years now generally I ve had a fast reliable connection had one issue where I called them and they advised the issue was my end so I knew where to look to fix it Sadly I will be leaving them soon as I want gigabit fibre speeds and Open Reach show zero interest in upgrading my area to FTTH but someone else has done so If Open Reach ever bother to upgrade my village or I move to an Open Reach FTTH area then I ll jump back to Idnet in a heartbeat Excellent provider Idnet has been one of the most reliable services in my life for the past few years one of the very best

Excellent Service

Excellent install the guys went above and beyond even in bad weather and complications The service has also been great no downtime or problems so far Speed is as advertised Forget Virgin this is miles better in all aspects

Hands down the best UK ISP After Talk Talk cancelled my open reach circuit by accident I had the potential of a Christmas with no Internet IDNet were amazing no chat robots They contacted me and quoted 10 days which is industry standard It took 3 days First class forget all the mainstream ISPs They couldn t connect 4

Great customer service

I ve had a few problems getting the service transferred from another provider but these problems are all down to Openreach s incompetence IDNet has been superb - they respond quickly by phone and email and their messages are helpful and proactive I d particularly like to mention Chloe who has helped me keep my sanity through this week of transfer difficulties I think you get the best idea of a company when things don t quite go to plan On that basis I recommend IDNet 100
